The property is quaint and has a local feel to it which was lovely. But what makes this hotel is the people, Murat and Yazim are absolute starts and make you feel like it’s a home away from home. All staff were friendly and always willing to help. Murat tells like it is, gives you all the options and lets you decide. Very clean and very well looked after. Location is excellent can walk to the blue mosque and Topkapi palace within 5 mins and Sultanahmet metro stop is about 10-15mins walk.

I felt like I was stying with family the staff were so lovely. The location was on a street with many restaurants and the Hagia Sofia and the Basilica cistern just a few minutes walk. The Grand Bazaar was also walkable. I could see the Hagia sofia and the Golden Horn from the adorable little balcony. Everything about the hotel was exactly what I wanted from an old city. Charming. I didn't use the spa but they were ready to heat it for use and I wish I had. Really wonderful people. When I forgot my phone in a taxi they helped me recover it although I had already checked out. I wish I could thank them properly.

The room was very comfortable, with a door separating sleep area from relax area, the blackout curtains were a cherry on top. The breakfast was simple, yet fulfilling, and most importantly the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Apo Celik, front office manager. If you can, order the transfer from the hotel - for us it was a big car and it has saved us lots of stress getting from and to the airport. The room had a great view on Bosphorus, we spent some of our mornings drinking tea and watching beautiful sunrises. The location is perfect - lots of lively places around for eating and shopping.

GLK provided me and my family a angelic experience the staff was unbelievably kind ,helpful and caring . They all ways where willing to help and would offer advice to anyone and everyone. They where extremely friendly and where all ways willing to have a conversation. The hotel is in a amazing location near many of the visiting site each about 5 minutes away if not less from the hotel. Anther positive thing GLK PREMIER hotel is that its is extremely clean and well kept .

Ideal location close to every single sightseeing in the old city, you can walk anywhere. breakfast was excellent, rooms very well done and clean, amazing warm shower, you can use spa, fitness club and hammam for free. but the best thing is the staff! they surprised us with a cake for my friends birthday, and Apo, the hotel manager, is one of the most helpful, polite and friendly hotel staff I have ever met. The kitchen staff are also very caring, full of attention and smiles!
